Booking Conditions BOOKING CONDITIONS Arrival: Saturday between 5 p.m and 8 p.m.. Departure: Saturday until 11.00 a.m.. Minimum Stay: 1 Week (in peak season). In low and mid season it is possible also to stay less than one week. . The price includes: - linen and towels for 2 people (room and two-room apartment) or for 4 people (three-room apartment) - weekly cleaning (Saturday) - use of the barbecue, washing-machine.. The price doesn't include: - electricity according to the consumption - breakfast 5,- Euro/person - additional cleaning: Room: 10,- Euro; 2-room apt. 20,- Euro; 3-room apt. 27,- Euro) - additional linen change (18 Euro/person) - extra bed (50,- Euro for the whole stay - meals at the farm restaurant that have to be booked within the same morning. Booking: At the moment of the booking we ask 30% of the total amount should be paid through bank transfer or with credit card..
